Why choose us?
We are Unique !
We are a family-owned, family-focused early learning service in the heart of Logan Central, providing education and care for children from 15 months through to school age.
Being unique is something we are incredibly proud of.
It gives us the opportunity to genuinely know our children, understand our families and create an environment where every child can feel safe, known, valued and that they truly belong.
At Mojo, we believe childhood
should feel like childhood.
Our days are filled with play, nature, messy hands, friendships, creativity, music, movement, exploration and meaningful real-world experiences. Children need time and space to be curious, test their ideas, develop relationships, take appropriate risks, explore their environment and simply enjoy being children.
Our approach has evolved from our Montessori foundations into a broader, child-led and nature-connected philosophy. We continue to value many of the principles that have always been important to us — independence, capable children, thoughtfully prepared environments, meaningful experiences and respect for each child’s individual development — while allowing our curriculum to grow alongside the children, families and community we work with.
Above everything, we want every child who comes through our doors to know:
I am safe here.
I am known here.
I am valued here.
My voice matters here.
I belong here.
Small enough to know every child.
Connected enough to know every family.
Growing Curious Minds Through Nature.
From your nest to ours…
Come and visit us! We would love to show you around!

We work alongside the environment as the third teacher.
Our indoor and outdoor spaces are intentionally created to invite curiosity, independence, sensory exploration, creativity and connection with the natural world. Children are encouraged to follow their interests, contribute their ideas and have a genuine voice in what their learning looks like – we help them to find their “mojo”.
Learning at Mojo also extends beyond our front gate. We value community walks, excursions, local events and partnerships that allow children to experience their wider world firsthand. We want children to understand that they are not simply members of a classroom — they are valued members of their family, their Mojo nest and the wider community around them.
Our educators work collaboratively across all classrooms, getting to know each child’s strengths, interests, relationships, culture, development and individual support needs. We understand that children do not all learn, communicate, play, eat, rest or regulate in the same way, and our practice reflects this.
For us, inclusion means looking at the child in front of us and asking, “What does this child need from us to feel safe, connected and successful here?”
Strong relationships sit at the heart of everything we do. We believe in connection before correction and relationships before routines, because children are most able to learn, explore and grow when they feel secure in the relationships surrounding them.
Families are an important part of our nest too. We believe quality early childhood education is built through genuine partnerships between children, educators, families and the wider community. We encourage families to share the little things as well as the big things, contribute to our program and work alongside us throughout their child’s early years.
